6025 chatters and shaft is broke...

hi.I bought a couple 6025s back in jan. and they have been great...i came home from work today and had a chattering going on...narrowed it down to power head...pulled it apart and a small silver shaft fell out...help...i also managed to break one of the little stems that clip my c bracket to the magnet...anyone know where to get those at.?

I can send you the clip but I am out of motors, can you limp by until I get a new motor for you?

hi. yes that works just fine. do you want me to send in the pump and then wait? how do you want me to get you my address? thx alot.

also im a little worried about my other pump. should wait and see how it does? thx.

I don't want you to be without pumps, if you can make that one work until we get more (I will try to get an update on deliveries tomorrow) keep it. Just PM me the address for the clip. The warranty is 2 years so if you have a problem with the other pump it will be covered.

Thx roger. I am concerned about continuing to run the one with the broke shaft as it seems that the impeller is wobling and is rubbing the housing so i dont want to wear that out. so for now i have pump turned off...hey thx again
