indeed, it is. he sleeps in the same exact spot every night. i was wondering what the bottom of my sand bed looked like so i took a peek early in the morning while the sump light was still on. saw that spot and wondered what the heck it was. i had to just about put my nose to the glass to figure it out.

i highly recommend this wrasse. he is super social, his coloring is stunning and he has pretty much wiped out the flat worm problem! marty, you would love one in your tank.

yeah, i was pretty amazed at how clean the sand is. it's only about 2" deep in the back and slopes to the front where it's only about 1/2".
