I'd like to see how everyone's sps's color up and grow. So if you guys could post some pics soon so we have a comparison, that would be awesome. Here's my pink milli(anyone know anymore about it please let me know). Just picked it up from lokii yesterday since I wasn't able to make the meet.

Mine is super bleached and possibly dead. If it starts turning green and furry then dead for sure. I should point my camera at it and see if there are still polyps in the coralites.

Mine was in horrible shape. It was almost completely rtn'd around the entire base and over half way up. I'm hoping to save some of it so I fragged it.

Not really in a spot to get a pic of it and don't want to move it yet as I'm afraid if I breath on it it will die =(. This swap in general I really didn't get too many healthy pieces but I think they are on the rebound . Got some random zoas and the big slimer that were healthy but Only time will tell =).

I have to agree. I am very disappointed in the state of the AquaSD corals!

Did we buy from them last time too? I recall getting something from them (maybe a Pectina)... That shortly died. Not sure, but maybe their water parameters are a lot different than my tank...

If we get enough people dying off from the AquaSD corals, I suggest we not do business with them. A bit disheartening to

1) get bleached corals to begin with after only 24 hours in shipping

and

2) have them RTN within a week of getting them.

Totally agree it was bad. Even the cars looked bad. My sps was loosing almost half the tissue before it even got out of the container. And I had heat packs lol.

For contrast, on Saturday, I received my order from AquaSD of sps, lps and palys that should have been in with the club's shipment for the meeting. The items were well packed, healthy and colorful. Out of the box in their shipping bags some acans had tentacles out and palys were open. And they opened again after dripping and dipping and being placed in my tank. And they threw in some nice freebies. While I was bummed my order wasn't in the club shipment, their customer service was very good and I am very pleased with my order.

Who was the contact from our club with them? Maybe they can shoot a email to them and express our disappointment and see if they can do something for us? Deep discount on another order or something maybe?

Good to read your order got to you in good condition.

The club corals shipment box was opened at my house. They were packed very well and had heat packs. Water temp was, IIRC, about 71 degrees. They looked, as my pics showed, just about how everyone saw them at the meet.

That sucks, my sps was pretty bleached out too, the cars seems to be coloring up a bit though.

Mine has colored up even more in the last few days. I feel pretty lucky. Pe isn't so great but that seems to be a theme in my tank for some reason. I have some test kits on the way so hopefully I can help make it happier here soon.
