Do you have the ultraviolet leds or just the older reds? I bought at end of 2015 but not yet installed (looooong build due to sh*tty tank mfr) and have the reds. Debating whether to convert to ultraviolet led modules before I finally hang the units.
Thank you for the kind words theshaman!I have said this before and I will say it again. This is by far the best light I have ever used. It will grow anything anywhere in your tank. I have not had any trouble with my fixture. It is totally worth the price. I have the four bulb version and just yesterday I ordered myself the 8 bulb version. It was
On clearance on BRS and I got it for 50% off. The four bulb version has been on my 90 gallon tank and growing sps all over the tank. Even on the bottom of the tank I'm getting great growth. I can't wait to see what the 8 bulb version can do.

Just an update, but ATI and BRS have not offered any solutions to me. They will not warranty the bulbs or the light.
I have answered every one of Keith's questions and he does not know the problem and has not offered any solutions.
My $1500 light is still not working; to make things worse BRS sent my replacement bulbs to a wrong address and want $40 to redirect to my address??? I told them forget it. ATI can't promise they won't just blow out again and Tyler at BRS told me TODAY they will NOT STANDBY THEIR ATI BULB WARRANTY AND WILL NOT REPLACE ANY BULBS BURNED OUT; within 30 days does not matter!
Buyer Beware; it's been 6 weeks and not one suggestion.
Here's my install over my 1.5 month old tank....not too shabby despite the poor lighting (hopefully this clears up the false accusations of incorrect install or that I don't know what I'm talking about by ATI):
I have to back up ATI here something is amiss with the situation occurring in the posts above. IME experience both Keith and ATI in general have been excellent in answering any of my concerns. Heck Keith even assisted me in backdooring my light onto my WiFi network to help with a timekeeping issue due to the frequent brownouts we experience here in Florida. They could have very easily said there was nothing they could do and that it was just something I would have to deal with. But they did not do this they helped fix the issue and went above and beyond imo. Heck I'm quite sure if they couldn't fix the issue they would have offered to at least flip me to another fixture. Regardless I am confident they would do everything in their power to make a situation right for a customer. As a consumer I am fully aware that products will fail regardless of price, it's the service that separates companies imo. And the service is the reason I purchase gear from the likes of ATI, Ecotech, LifeReef, Neptune, etc. These companies have all gone above and beyond for me even on products that had long since exited their warranty periods...

Glad to see you're still around Joe [emoji3]. Some of the best tanks I've ever seen on here. The ATI LED Hybrid Powermodule is hands down the best fixture available on the market today in terms of versatility and effectiveness. ATI bulbs are proven performers with decades of history and thousands of successful reefs. If 4 bulbs failed there is a high probability that the user did something wrong; no question about it. Regardless, bulb/lamp companies can not replace bulbs every time someone says theirs burned out early. If companies did that they would go broke replacing burned out bulbs that weren't actually defective.
If you want to learn what went wrong take the discussion to email and listen and respond appropriately to Keith who is bending over backwards to be helpful. Attempting to put down ATI or it's products won't make your reef better or solve your problem nor should you expect a refund for the bulbs.

Is there any sort of "shelf life" for the T5's? I got my fixtures and bulbs at the end of 2015, I believe, and this build has taken waaaaaaaaaay too long...... as a result, other than some 100% burn-in I did when I got the bulbs, the units have been unlit. (I am planning to run 100% again to make sure they're burned in before mounting/hanging.)
Thanks
I updated my software on my WiFi Powermodule over the weekend. Today I came home to a dark tank. As soon as I connect to the fixture it lights up. It must still have a time issue. The software version is 1.0.14 (2018-07-15. Is this the latest?
