A friendly reminder to please bring something for the pot luck and frags to donate to the raffle.

If I have time I'll make some of my panko crusted bacon mac n cheese. Otherwise I'll bring a cut veg platter.

Raffle frag winners should keep in mind that the club expects a frag of your winning item to be donated back when it has grown enough to safely be fragged.

While I am trying to maintain a roster of current club members, there is no list for the meetings. They are announced on this forum, so simply check back and you will be as informed as everyone else.

Welcome, by the way. Do you have a tank running? If so, what size is it and what are its inhabitants?

I have a 100g mixed reef tank with softies, SPS, mushrooms. Still trying to replenish my fish stock after a terrible crash last year. I stirred up a hornets nest of bacteria from the bottom when I vacuumed the gravel bed and killed off all the fish. Amazing that all the corals and inverts survived, but it decimated the fish species. Now have a clown, blue tang, royal gramma, and pigmy angel. Need to add more now that these guys are all well established and happy.
I'll keep watch here for the next meeting. Would like to meet more reefers in the area.
