I <3 Corals!
Some day down the road, I might just bug/beg for a frag back. Talk about a touchy coral, mine bleached out I think after I added the T5's and never recovered. It has pulled through a lot over the years but just can't seem to deal with this one. Finally lost the last bit of it earlier this week
Kenny, I cut around the perimeter of the disc mine is on and made about 8 frags. Problem is that this was yesterday
Ill bring you one tomorrow and you can see what happens with it......

Now THAT'S what I'm talking about man! That's some tasty looking sludge there mate!
My wife and everyone else in the house cannot STAND it when I empty the collection cup. It grosses them all everyone out! Me included... it's quite putrid and that's an understatement, lol!

Well had a great time at CFM today. Nice to see a bunch of Reefers in person for a change. Seemed to be nice constant traffic and I think that there was more quality stuff there then ever before. Ended up picking up like 10 frags for myself and my son got 3 for his nano as well as a sweet Nemateleotris helfrichi. Some random pictures:

It was fun but hard on the wallet. Not only did I spend (although not that much) I had to bribe my wife and daughter by dropping them off at the outlet mall about 2 miles away. I'm pretty sure they spent way more than my son and me. Come on out for the next swap Brian...D-land is only a few minutes away...RAP will be here soon :lolspin:Looks like it was a ton of fun! Now if I could just convince my wife that the kids would have just as much fun there as at Disney

Yeah, come to think of it, that's a little strange. Although I'd say it was 50/50 hobbyist vs. businesses. It was nice to see people in person for a change as most communication is via RC. I'll try to get a photo of the frag rack soon. I'm not even sure that I have spots for them all even after removing 2 large and 1 small colonies :fun5:Very nice Dan. Its always nice to see "hobbyists" with banners :lol:

While I would love to head to Cal for a week, my wife is pretty set on going to Disney World in Fla. On the bright side my best friend runs the Sea Turtle Hospital down there and I plan to spend another week down with him rescuing sea turtles. Cal will be the next trip.
Disneyworld is running some great specials right now. A trip working with turtles sounds amazing
