Hi peter,
Just been reading about your lovely informative message. I can't help to ask for your kind premission if I could post this valuable thread to a british forum. I hope you would allow me to post this under your name and reference to your work will clearly be stated.
Look forward to hear from you very shortly.
Thanks.

[welcome]

I think it is OK as long as you llink, or quote it, with a reference to the fact it is from a Reef Central forum and the thread starter.

Hi Guys,
Thanks a million.... would do that..... I will give cross reference to the thread and author's names and publication of thread dates too. once again thanks a million.

Regards

Don't credit this thread to me, it is Peter Eichler's thread. I'm just waiting for the final list before I add it to the FAQ sticky on the Newbie forum.

Pete,

Was that last list the one you want stickied?

Hey Guys!

Sorry I haven't been around a whole lot. I have other hobbies that take up a lot of time in the winter so I'm not usually on RC much.

For anyone wanting to use the list, please do so. Just make sure I get some credit for it :)

I do want to do some small revisions to the list, but until then this is the most "complete" version.

Thanks Peter, and for the record, if anyone wants to use anything I said, I "don't" want credit, blame someone else.

That's why I said "some" credit, it leaves me with an out...

Thanks for the welcome back (though I've been lurking from time to time), I hope the two of you have been well!

I added it to the "Look Here" thread weeks ago. Probably while Pete was out ice fishing. ;) Thanks Peter.

Well actually it is the, New-First Time on RC-Look Here for Answers thread but I shortened the title to save space for your posts on this thread.

Wow, I am going to keep far away from that thread.
Think how much asphalt, mud, UG filters and Plaza Hotel lights I could sell there.

Don't worry Water, I'm not going there :D

This list is great for any hobbiest? . No matter what level of exp you may possess, it is still good to keep up with the latest news or views from the experts. I had just purchased a trumpet fish, more or less because I am curious of them. You cannot rely on LFS employees to give accurate info. This was 1 trip I did not bring my reference book with me. I will keep him/her as long as it sees fit to be kept. With that being said, I have been keeping some of the fish that are on the ' difficult' to keep list. I always wanted Bat fish, however knowing of their requirements , I just knew of my limits. So I got a JackKnife fish. He has been doing great! He is in the tank with a tang, smaller angel, some damnsels, and my pride and glory- Fuzzy Dwarf Lionfish. I do not consider myself an expert nor would say that I am lucky.
I have in another tank Seahorses with a Tassled Filefish. I just read and read and keep up with new tech to assist my efforts in keeping these fish to the best of my ability. I too look forward to the day that I can get a much larger tank somewhere in the 2-300 gal range. I just need to get my hubby to agree . Were the blue reef lobsters and the smaller purple lobsters on the list? Thanx for the lengthy editorial.
