DIY LEDs with Radion Pro G2 pucks?

It shouldn't be hard to make the rest of the case. You could house the drivers and controller in your case, or make it thinner and run cables from the controller and drivers to them instead.
I made cases out of Plexiglas painted black for my DIY projects using a home made Typhon that I mounted in the side of the case, the drivers are in there too. The case is 2.75 inches high. Looks ok but with something like the bluefish mini the case could be say 2 inches high instead. Or, if the mini and drivers were not in the case it could be 1 inch high.

How do you like the light from these?

So I order the pucks thinking they should arrive in two days since I can drive to ecotech in about 40 minutes well I had to call them and the pucks arrived two weeks later so then I order the wide angle lens and guess what they lose my order two more weeks and I get the lens with a free gift coral glue
I have the pucks mounted with lens and wire harness made now I'm working on a driver board o2 shared his a6211 driver with me I want to keep the board small with some thing I am not going to mention because right now I can't seem to get it to work

My 3 X Gen3 Pro Upgrade Kit are in the Mail....What should I do with my 4 Old Gen 1 Puck and my 2 Old Gen 2 Puck ? I've been told that they are good for DIY
Great for frag tank or sump diy, or just wait around, someone will PM you to buy them, could list them on ebay as well they sell really fast!

You are aware that the Gen 1 lights are supposed to be sent in to be upgraded to G3s, as the upgrade includes a new fan design and a few other steps, not included with just the LED clusters

Yep...I'm aware...actually there is more than the Puck....New fuses, new Wiring harnest, new Fan, new Lens...fully aware if this.....
this is why I will be now stuck with 4 Gen 1 Pucks, 2 Gen 2 Pucks and 4 Tir Lens.....oh and 4 Gen 1 fuses, 2 Gen 1 Fan....

Would you consider selling me the G1 & G2 only I have everything else I need ? bought some before new year and they never showed up....CURSE YOU CANADA POST. 1/2 Tank is in the dark
