Looking amazing Dave! Your tank seems to be thriving after your recent upgrades.

It is slowly improving. Two steps forward and then one back. Still making small changes to try to clean it up and drop the phosphates. Bigger pump on closed loop last week. Found new muck and debris, remove gunk, allow phosphates to drop again. I finally bought a Hanna meter so I can track the changes a little tighter. Measured .85PPM Phosphates last night. LOL the corals shouldn't even be alive....

Haha!!! Yeah, that was probably a mistake. Did you get all of the bubbles off the side and let it settle before you put it in the meter?? Those things are kind of tricky to get to work right but once you get get it they seem to work well. Your colors are looking amazing and it's always good to see a system that's been up for so long doing well.

Love your tank. Certainly "less is more" applies here. Just beautiful.

It's amazing how tanks have evolved a great deal since the beginning of this thread! Skills have definitely improved together with technology. Wonder how its going to be like in another six years.
Would halide still be around? Maybe LED would be at the point where it can truly simulate the sun.
