Love the control switchboard, Ed ... wish I'd known that that was your intention as I would have pointed you to the Chauvet rack-mount power panel.

This is how I did my control switchboard ... the box on the side is my DIY controller. Like yours, the rear is a spaghetti of cables.

That's absolutely stunning Tone.... I did think of something like that but due to the limited space I had, I got to custom mine!!

And believe it or not, I cannot get those DJ Power center here in China (eventhou I know they are Made-In-China)

Ed - thank you for making my reef obsession look normal :) you are nuts, in a good way...every detail impresses in this system.

It takes a nut to recognize another nut :crazy1: :D

On another note, wish I have space to build a bar reef, like yours...

So when do we all get too see this with water!

And does that mean we are all nuts here?

LIGHTS IN ACTION

LIGHTS IN ACTION

Today I remove my LB reflector protection film

LightingFixture21-1.jpg

I’m dazzle with the reflection…!!

And plug in all the cables accordingly

LightingFixture24.jpg

To keep things neat, I keep to one black cable coming down from my light fixture…

Stay tune for more…..

We had a wonderful Easter, thanks for asking. I hope you did also.

YES, the grand children LOVED the new tank.
When they went home we had little finger prints all over the glass

Very nice setup Ed,
Just when I think the stuff I build is over the top. I look at posts on some of these threads and think, wow I am not even keeping up!

Great job on the light rack Ed! I like how you incorporated those LED's.

Thanks Tim :p

However might need to revised the light rack slightly once I start working on the floating top as I want to raise the T5 to the same level of the LB reflector so that this can reduce the overall height of my canopy top :D

Well, this is what happen when you're an reef addict and happens to be reefless and lying on the hospital bed for over 2 weeks - you just can't help thinking of different ways to make things better/ nicer
