Did the Water testing before my WC. My PO4 still need to come down but at least it didn’t went up. That was my biggest concern as I left my tank to my driver as caretaker remembering my last trip bitter experience
My NO3 went up a little but not sure if it was from the recent spawning event or from 2 weeks no WC but my skimmer went crazy that night…..good old Deltec!! Took time to do a deep cleaning inside my skimmer body and I think it skim even better after….must do this more frequent. Water so far is crystal clear!!
Over the course of two weeks, my Ca and Mg has raised to a comfortable level with add dosing. However, little concern with my dKH as it’s too high for us Zeoheads?? Any idea on how to bring it down?? Add Soda water maybe?? OR should I simply leave it alone and try to bring it down slowly with weekly WC?? I will do a WC later and test tomorrow and see if this will help bring level down a little.
Also did my Zeolite exchange today…. Been soaking my Zeolite in RO/DI water for a week now with daily exchange. Time really flies when you’re having a good time or when you’re spending tons of $$ hahaha!!
Dosing will remain at this moment.
