Tank has been running since 1st may 2013, i was very new to corals and didn't had SPS in mind. started off my very first frag (birdnest) and got hooked into sps, rescaped multiple times during the first 3 months and along with extremely unstable water parameters, i had almost colorless or browns SPS.

During the past 2 - 3 months, color are finally looking better and growth are pretty fast!

I'll let pictures do the talking for now!

Recent catch, no idea what's this

Pink millie

Green bali slimer, bought at almost half its size! this piece is great for water indication, when my water was bad, its white stem with green polyps!

Deepwater acro, surprisingly fast grower

red millie

my small SSC frag!

radioactive birdnest

my best red millie.. i seem to have problems with red color

tri-color valida, bought it totally brown since the price was a steal, it took at least 3 months to color up to this state

Kit kat! green seems to have disappeared and red deepened.

pink birdnest

red dragon

pocci

my first SPS! started off as a 1" small frag.

Sweet! Your "deepwater" looks more like thoes nice austera acros they mariculture that have yellow tips and blue and purple in them. One of my favorites! God job!

Kit cat ! A . Abrotenoides ! One of my favorite species. Very difficult to keep alive in captivity. Please update us on this coral.

Great reef! Love it.

Very nice system it's very nice.

What does 16k look like on paper? Well I guess I am asking how much of each color are you running to get 16k

Also what is the MicroBacter 7 do for your tank?

Thanks! this is a picture when i first bought it :

its really hard to believe its the same coral but it kind of getting paler and paler as it grows.

Beautiful. I love your scape in the first FTS.

Tank looks amazing man!

Thanks! the scape in the first FTS was unable to support much SPS though!

Great reef! Love it.

indeed a difficult corals! im starting to have difficulties maintaining its color, been keeping it for around 2 months now.

Such an awesome tank!
nicely done.

Thank you!

Nice how do you like your maxspect razor?

amazing light i must say! though 1 single unit cant make the tank fully sps capable but i must say paying just 1 razor to light up my tank is simply amazing.

Thanks.

Razor only has 2 channels, A controls the Warm whites, cool whites and some blues while the other channel controls blue, royal blue and dual core violets.

my max setting is A:90%, B:100%. 100% on both channels will be 16k.

providing bacteria, i previously had serious cyano problems, was told it will help but it didnt. my cyano is mostly gone after dosing FM bakto Blend.

That deepwater is nice.

thanks!

nice deep water acro ! remember to frag me 1 of it in the future :P

hey! didn't know you're here too!

Nice job! Great tank indeed!

thanks man! your reefbreeders review certainly makes me want to get one to replace my razor so i can have sps on every corner of my rock work.

Tank looks great. Could you post your light schedule and settings thanks.

Thanks!

lighting schedule :
1200 : A:0%, B:1%
1400 : A:30%, B:80%
1500 : A:80%, B:100%
2200 : A:90%, B:100%
2300 : A:10%, B:70%
0000 : a:0%,B:0%

light basically run at its highest peak for 7 hours a day.

forgot to show my zoas garden!

and a shot showing the sleekness of the razor over a shallow rimless tank. no other lighting can pull this off as well as the razor.
