I think it's important to avoid making advanced topics elitist. Advanced discussion can bud from the most basic starters depending on the contributions readers make; cutting off the buds doesn't advance discussion,IMO. If a question doesn't get enough attention here one of the moderators will suggest an alternative forum as appropriate.

Amazing. Brave diver to get into the water with that thing. Dove many years ago in the Sea of Cortez with Humbolt squid and it was the only time (sharks included) when I really feared for my safety. Lightning fast with these nasty beaks.
