Hey guys - I just saw this thread. Where is the field in Winter Garden?
I used to be into RC planes, boats, cars and heli's.
I'm sure my gear is all obsolete now - wrong FQ's and such but radios seem to be affordable now.

I'm in Windermere and would like to get back into the hobby.
My kids are all grown - but that's what God made grandkids for
And mine live in the same neighborhood too!

I have G3 SIM. You can crash all you want, with out having to spend $ for repairs....

I ought to go out to the Winter Garden field. I live on Fullers Cross Rd right behind the water tower where those guys first started flying. I used to fly with them there.

Does "chicken mike" and the others still fly out there? Last I knew Mike had a turbine heli. I haven't flown in a long time but still have all my stuff.

I know the last I heard the Winter Garden location wasn't able to support aircraft. Can planes fly there now?

Man went to Graves today and I cant believe how big that place is. They had a ton of heli stuff. I like that Vario Scale jet ranger they have hanging there.
