Home Project: My Lil' ol Nano

It's about time that we see your baby jeff. Congrats on the build. I want to be like jeff

Congrats on the tank!

As we in Broward already know, Jeff is THE MAN!!!

Just know that once that thing is filled and running, i'm inviting myself over to see it!(just make sure you provide the girls!)

Thats a SICK tank!!

Great looking tank. It looks like its ready for delivery. Hows construction going in your house? Are you ready for it?

You guys will learn Jeff is an freak when it comes to perfection. Jeff is the type of guy that will cut out a 12 foot section of 3" sch 80 pvc with fittings ( at $100 value )because he can make a bend 1/4" closer.
The tank has been in for a couple of months while he slowly builds his nuclear reactor type plumbing. We will all be amazed and learn a lot when we see it.
As jeff likes to say it will either be "EVIL" or "SICK"

Hey Joe I've sensed that when shooting the proverbial *&$*& @ the farm.
Anyways the actual oF box design I really like a lot as well as the endless possibilities for flow regarding no P'hs.

Most likely there will be the need for some PH's in the future
Otherwise I bet u there's not many things being overlooked.

Pix of the Light Box and Epoxy-coated Wall

Hey All -

Here are some pictures of the Light Box (which I'm still working on). I'm creating a sun-rise/sun-set simulation. I'll explain what I mean, once I've put it all together. I'm still working on the ballasts, timers, and miscellaneous electrical aspects.

This is a picture of the Devoe Coatings Epoxy-coated wall before the stand is delivered. It looks blue in this picture, but it is really light gray.

More pictures to follow!

nice progress. Do you mind sharing which devoe products you used? And have you used them to seal the floor as well? Thanks and things are looking great.

Hello Tom,
I have Dealt with alot of paint ,epoxy and resins,Devoe Coatings are the best we have worked with.We did a aliphatic base for the wall and the ouside filtration room.We then used a
gray coat with the addition of the clear eurethane finish coat. You may want to contact A.C I paints in Pompano.Steve Minor is the man you may want to speak with.

Thanks Jeff, greatly appreciate. I am looking forward to seeing your progress in your plumbing so that I can use it for inspiration.
