ProfiLux Temperature Control (PTC)

Name's good. Says it all.

It's cooling down today, but I'm gonna need it... 82 and sunny.
Ah, that California sun.

At the moment we make benchmark tests and check if we can improve the efficency. I cool down and heat a tank in turn, between 20°C and 28°C (of course only water in the tank...). Big stress for the equipment but it's working very well.

Prices and release date: I have planned to announce this in the coming week (after I am sure we have no major redesign to do).

Thank you so much for the update Matthias. I am looking forward to the good new. Myself and a few other reefers interested in the larger unit. Any update on it would be great...

I need a good chiller with low noise/heat generation.. but i think i can wait a little more :D

Waiting for updates :D

May? Very nice :D. My tank will be up in May. Can you make sure they make couple Large unit :D. My friend and i are more than happy to do the Betta test for your large unit :D.

We will be importing all sizes.

All beta testing is being done right now in Germany, nothing leaves the factory if not 100% full tested and ready for complete market.

We would welcome your reviews though.

Dang you Steve!!!
Got me wanting one now lol :)

Will the option to have PVC unions instead of hose barbs be there?

I am not a huge fans of hoses...they tend to find a way to work loose on me.

Sean

No probs I will be taking pre orders through my dealer network in May IF not before.

I am trying to put a sea container order together for next week, this is all part of our cost reduction drive, so I do not envisage stock landing until 2nd week in May IF I can get the chillers released in time.

I am out the country from the 19th May so ideally need to get this sorted in time for then.

Naturally this all depends on GHL releasing to me in time also.

We just want to know two things

1. How much will this bad boy cost? :D (most important)

2. How many gallon system can it handle with the large unit?

If you can get us the answer on the above question, that would be great.
