anybody got some pics of there 100's with the tunze pump in action.. I contacted John and may be getting on the list... how quite is the skimmer? a video would be sweet...

I don't have any pics, But I have had my 100 w/tunze pump for about 2 weeks now. I am very pleased, it is a great performer.

When I had my euro-reef 135 on my 90 gallon it way the loudest piece of equipment I had. I replaced it with the I-tech 100 with tunze pump and now I can hear my pumps (vortech) over the skimmer. It is a great skimmer.

By a far amount. To be fair I had the 135 in about 8" of water and could not make it any lower so it did not perform that well. But even in the optimal water height I don't think the ER would be anywhere near the performance of the i-tech.

My 200 and Hydrofoamer arrived today! So far I am very impressed with the skimmer. The build is top notch and it's really just a nice looking piece of equipment. It's breaking in in a tub of water change water and will go on my tank as soon as I modify (read "make a new") my sump. I will be posting a full review along with an ATB 840 comparison as soon as I can.

Big thanks to John and crew! Great work guys and keep it up!

My 200 after running for about 1 minute with 4oz of skimate dumped into a bucket with some water change water. Whoops!
