Wow, I just went out and looked at the stand me and my boy are building for his 25 cube and am now wondering if there is a way I can hide this thread before he see's it.

Very, Very nice work on the entire unit boss... Gave me some great ideas to try on a much smaller scale..

Wow... great tank! Looks great! How many t5s do you have running? Do you run them all the time?

I have 4 48 inch t5s going right now. This week I'm taking the canopy off for a few days to paint it. I will also be installing some fans and finishing the t5 install. I have two more t5 fixtures identical to the ones installed. I'm going to shorten them to accept 36" bulbs. The tank is 7 foot. When I'm done there will be t5 coverage from 4 bulbs the length of the tank. I'm running geismann atinic plus bulbs and wavepoint red wave to supplement my sols for 5 hours a day.

Before, two 4 foot fixtures won't fit in a 7 foot hood...

Had to chop off about 13 inches.
