Thanks for the advice and opinions! After considering everyone's suggestions, I've decided to leave the 'nem in the display for the following reasons.
I was always one to believe in alleopathy, but for some reason, none of my gigs or rbtas were ever affected when I introduced another foreign nem into the system. Not talking about this episode (although it's true this time too!), but in the past, I also had a ritteri in there for about a month before I decided to give it away to another local reefer. I don't know ... I can only conclude that maybe mine are a bit more "immune" to it, so to speak.
I know some think that I should further QT it, based on the appearance that it looks flattened. I know the appearance you guys are talking about, but it's actually not that bad in person. The nem is on an angle, tilting toward you, so when I took the pic, it looks like its "flattened". Rest assured, it is not like that.
I don't think QTing it would do anything more to it, to be honest. It was approximately 5 days with cipro, and another 5 days with erythryomycin. Toward the end of treatment, it did not look like it was improving any further, still never fully inflated, always a bit on the scrunched up side. I didin't like seeing all those tentacles that it was losing in the QT. I believe over QTing it may have an adverse effect as well--best, most stabile tank conditions are the DT.
Despite the advice on this forum, I am going to keep it in the DT for a bit longer, since I have not observed any decline this weekend. There was NO deflating, NO gaping mouth. It had been 12 days of no food, and if it's bleached and losing tentacles, I would like to begin some bits of food to help start bringing it back to health. And if it's not throwing it back up, I don't think its harmful. I believe there is no more of that harmful bacteria in its system, since I haven't seen it really "purge" since cipro treatment.
Anyways, these are my reasonings, but obviously I say it with a grain of salt, since I will be observing very closely for the next few days. I am definitely ready to re-QT it, but ... with what? more cipro? erythro? Honestly, not sure if they will add anything more it.
