Hello every one!

As some of you know, todays is Marc's hand surgery and I thought that in our own ways throughout the day, we could take a minute to pray, meditate, silence, send out good thoughts or whar ever you in your own private way practice.

Thank you all for your kind words & prayers. Surgery went fine today, and I should be back on my feet, er make that hands, in a few weeks. I'd down to typing with two fingers, so I probably won't be spending much time online.
