I got my triple unit and it looks to be a great dosing pump for the price. Everything worked great right out of the box and after a little bit messing around with it I got it dialed in right where I wanted. I did multiple tests and it dosed exactly the same amount every time.

The only question I have is where to put the check valve. I obviously know the direct it is supposed to go but does it go on the end of the line that drips into the tank or the beginning that pulls from the solution?

so far mine hasn't skipped a beat. tested saturday and it is still doing the same ammount. very happy with the unit.

The motors (according to them) will run 150 hours before they burn out. They sell the motors for 30 bucks. I mights just buy some as back ups in case anything happens to the company LOL.

Yikes!! Definitely not for continuous use at that rate...like 6 days... lol

Surely not for continuous use, but if you only run it a few secs, dosing 4 times a day like I do, it should last a good while. I'm on my 2nd month and the pumps are still running good.

I just received the Dual pump. The display on pump#1 is not on. Is there a way to turn it on? The 2 blue power button lights come on but only the display for pump # 2 is on...
 
Customer service seems pretty good so far. Got back to me within a couple of hours. Hehad me plug it in and leave the power on in hopes it will charge the display battery.

Been an hour and nothing yet but hopefully this will work. Still not sure how to program it, anybody that has one want to give a quick totorial?

I'm looking to dose 45ml of alk and 45 ml calcium of BRS 2 Part Recipe # 1.
