That efflo is friggin awesome!!!! You are lucky to have the room to let it get as big as it has. If I were worried about it getting too big, I'd cut a the whole thing back in a perfect circle and sell the outer rim as frags. It would look bad for a few weeks until the rim healed and started growing again.

+1, you've got some fantastic corals in there, but that efflo... wow! I'd let it get as big as it can, not many have mature colonies like that :beer:

I have thought of this but not sure how to cut round in a circle... Would be pretty hard with bone cutters. Maybe with a band saw?

Yeah I don't know if I could bring myself to ever cut it. I keep moving other corals away from it... But eventually I will run out of space.

By the way that means a lot coming from someone who has had one of the best tanks I have seen. Yours is one I used to show people when I was telling them about saltwater sps tanks.

That pink lemonade is awesome and the efflo is just crazy!
I love that the fish is hovering above it.. Gives the coral a real sense of scale. Looks like a shot right out of the ocean.

Me? Seriously? I'm guessing you're mistaken but I'll take it! :beer:

I think what you've done here surpasses anything I've accomplished, your corals are looking A+, better than I've achieved, the colours in that pearlberry are proof enough... and that efflo, man o man :eek2:

Your 120 sps tank was so nice, I honestly thought it was incredible.
 
Yeah... Lots of the coral had come from my 90 so i had a good start. But I have also seen a lot of growth in that year.
