My 200gallons SPS Dominated Build

Ouch. I wouldnt accept that at all. If you paid by credit card by any chance I'd get the bank to get this sorted for you. I always try and get stuff like this bought on the credit card (and pay the FULL amount off end of the month without getting charged). Bank sorts out any issues as the purchase was made on the credit card.

FWIW, I got my custom rimless tank made a few years ago by the CHEAPEST place in the UK at the time. I can assure you the quality of the work is MUCH better than what I see in the photos you posted.

Maybe give the owner/manager a call and see if they are willing to put things right?

There's no way I can accept the tank. Miracles has been notified since yesterday and they've been responding to email. No resolution yet though.
 
Ugh. I agree that the tank looks terrible and unacceptable. Sorry to hear about this. Best wishes for a speedy and agreeable resolution.
 
Miracles is asking for another chance to make it right and another 5 weeks. We verbally agreed that if the second tank comes in with bubble, a full payment of the tank will be refunded to me. I also wrote him an email to reflect what was agreed upon.
I know they can do a perfect silicone seam tank. Not sure why nobody inspected this and allowed it out of the gate.
