New AquaController 3/3 Pro Firmware

What makes you think it didn't load? They all indicate "Success"?

well my ac3 had no graphs this am, and my datalogs where full. Looked at controller and had a partial date of apr 30 and that was it, it was locked up AGAIN. After hitting the select a few times it did a reset of it's self AGAIN.

I don't have the new links on my sidebar, graphs don't display at all, etc.

webpage upload is a separate step, after the firmware is updated. Did you do this?

It sounds like you have not updated your web pages; the new graph page shows 1 graph at a time.

Yeah I know , mine was like that with the window to change but for a while I had all 3 at once, now it's back to 1 . Buggy if you ask me.

Just for some feedback

The beta firmware was working great for about a week, absolutely no problems installing or anything else.

However, just a little while ago, I tried to pull up some graphs from the office and nothing appeared other than the pull down box for selecting the graph you want to display. This was the same for no matter what graph I tried to select.

I then viewed the data log which displayed perfectly.

A little while after that I got an email from the ACIII (what should happen in an alarm condition) but I didn't see anything wrong.

After that I was on the telephone for a little while and tried to display the graphs again. Hey, guess what? They showed up. Only one problem, the data log had been lost and there were now only two entries in the log.

For what ever debugging value it may be, I log data every 15 minutes and I installed the beta firmware update shortly after it became available.

I was running the aqua3_4E09_3.4.zip firmware and it looks like 4F09_3.4 is the latest.

I will update.

EXACT same here, I now changed back to 60 min log updates. Let's see how long it runs.

The new software shows a single graph; the desired parameter is selected by a drop-down menu.

I really like all three (well for me just the two) as you can correlate fluctuations visually. Even though there may not be direct correlations there could be indirect that are interesting.

I'm trying to duplicate HOW I did get all 3 at once. I mean it proves or shows it can be done. I don't know why it has to be one graph per screen.

I sure wish I had thought to capture the screen when it happened.

After switching back to 60min logging I have had no "bugs" appear.
Also turned aquaserver OFF, it had been ON by default I guess.

Unfortunately, Microsoft decided to make IE8 so that it can do 6 simultaneous accesses to the webserver - they did not put in any compatibility hooks that it would remain compliant with a http 1.1 webserver. Http 1.1 specifies that only 2 simultaneous requests can sent to any given server. The AC3 webserver can't handle 6 simultaneous requests, so we had to reduce the number of graphs displayed at once. If you want to see the graphs all at once access this URL: ac3_ip_addr/cgi-bin/graph.cgi. It is not officially supported, but it may work fine for you depending on which browser you are using.

If you have seen any reset datalogs on your AC3 and you are running version 3.4F of the firmware please email support@neptunesys.com.

COOL, Got all 3 on one page.

And Curt I am 24 hours with no resets but have my logs set to 60mins. Should I try 15mins again ?

Curt, is there a way to support more than 6 graphs in AquaNotes?
In other words, how do I store important graphing data if it's more than 6 that I need?

I especially need the status of Chiller/Heater and other appliances at the same time.

It will take about a week tops usually to get posted. It hasn't been posted yet. If you have it currently installed, you'll get a notification in the App Store application on your iPhone/iPod touch when the update becomes available.
