New purple gig

Picked up my third gig yesterday - another purple one - and so far it looks good: no deflating, no open mouth, no rat poop.

I hope I don't need to treat this one.

Is that the other one from Aquatic Collection? If so, it looked good when I saw it. I thought about buying it.

Yes, it's that one. I plan to put both purple gigs into one connected system. Let's see if I can convince them to spawn.

Unless one of my current ones dies, this will be my last gig for a good while as all my pairs are supplied.

Looking great. I am jealous of how easy you guys can get Gigantea

I would switch easy access to gigs with Texas real estate prices any day.
It's really just one store around here that has gigs on a fairly regular basis... I think SoCal has way better selections in almost everything Saltwater related (unless you are into fish from Baja California).

Looks like a promising gig. What size is it?

It's 6 to 7 inch.

Texas have this real estate tax. Like a mortgage that never end. I like the tax structure in WA state better. No income tax and minimal real estate tax. Sale tax is pretty high in WA

The gig still looks good. If it stays that way I will put it a 10 gallon tank with one of my percula pairs this coming weekend. Later it will get the 18" cube all for itself.

I bet with you that the taxes here in CA are higher than those in TX. Never been to WA but I don't think my wife would like it there.

Seattle is a liberal city like most CA. In fact Eastern WA is very liberal.
The Real estate tax rate in Corpus Christi is 2.54% with more than 1/2 of that go to the CCISD

Last night it expelled some zoox but no deflation or other signs of distress.

Saw a bunch of little green gigs yesterday. I was a bit tempted to get one since they were only $65 but I have enough anemones for my percula pairs by now and not really space for more right now.
