Thanks, Sorry to hear you lost yours. I'm getting great PE from this one and its coloring up nice. Hoping the torts keep the yellow as its a hard color to get and I was really happy to get these.

Is there a purple monster in this tank i cant seem to figure out the coral at the center of your tank. 3rd picture in

No, Wish I had a purple monster though. Its a ORA Cali Tort. Really deep purple under the Radion. The base has some nice green to it as well.

I've always experienced that yellow need high light, almost ulnv, and low iron to keep its color. I have a yellow tenius that looks pretty good with just a tinge of green!

Had my Point and shoot near so here are a couple quick shots. I was just thinking how its starting to fill in and looks more mature. Less of a bunch of sticks and more reef like.

I have not posted since mid April so I took some quick shots today..sorry about the quality of the photos. I have had a red bug problem since mid April and have not dealt with it as of yet. I plan on using Interceptor once I can get a hold of some. The corals have still been growing and fairing well through this time period although the infestation is worst and affecting them more so now. Unfortunately I have been slammed and unable to spend much time with the tank other than a bi-weekly water change and the regular daily feeding and dosing. I am very impressed with the continued growth and color of the corals so I hope this update is helpful to those interested.

There are many more corals I usually post for growth comparison but I'm afraid my time is kind of short.

Just survived a 36 hour power outage in northern Va. Used a balttery operated air stone and lost nothing i feel very lucky. It wasnerve racking! Also had a Black and Decker electricromate that I powered my mp10 with that a neighbor loaned me after 20 hours. Funny thing is I have had a battery back up on order and it came in today after my power came back on. I have immediately plugged this puppy in and will worry about the permanent set up later. Our area is still 30% out so I'm not going to wait. Hope no one has any losses as I know the storm hit a wide area in the mid Atlantic states..

We're these before and after grown out using the radions? Curios cause I just set up a tank and have two radions. I haven't put anything in the tank yet and was considering the addition of 4 t-5s as a little boost for growth. Just wondering the growth rates of these lights.

Yes these are before and after. The tank has only had the radion on it. I have a growth progression thread with many pictures on it too if you want to check it out some redundancy but you may find it interesting. Good luck on your set up I will have to check it if you post a thread. http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2103328&page=4

I set up a new Stand alone Profulix Doser for my 2 part and man I love this thing!!! I set it at 3ml 8 times a day and it has been great. Calibrating was simple and its been spot on with my checks for a month now. Set and forget couldn't be better..Getting ready to travel so I am very happy with the peace of mind and ease for having a tank buddy while away..

Great job you're doing. Corals look good despite the RB issue. Get rid of them suckers and watch your stuff take off!

Thanks, I am trying to locate the meds to no avail hopefully the factory will be up and running soon. I'd like to nuke the b*****ds ASAP! Hopefully after I return from travel it will become available again.. I'm looking forward to seeing the affected acros take off.

I forgot to mention how much I like the aquascape too. Very natural looking!
Thanks for the compliments.

Would be real nice to see this thread updated. Tis tank must be looking quite nice and grown by now.
