Aside from the physical advantage (4" height and 5" reach advantage for Oscar), there's also a sizable difference in boxing skills. Pacquiao is the mirror image of Hatton, with their forward/bulldog approach. I don't hold Oscar's boxing skills in high regard, but it's more advanced than Manny's.

As far as 'heart' goes, Oscar's proven himself quite often in the past, against much higher caliber opposition. He's tasted the power of some big fighters, too. If you look closer at his losses, you'll realize that they were to fighters who were superior tacticians in the ring.

Unfortunately, Manny doesn't have that advantage.

When you say superior tacticians and Manny, i think of Barrera, Morales, Marquez. all three are legends in the world of boxing. de la hoya on the other has felt the gloves of "superior tacticians" but lets face it, he is in an obvious decline.

One of Pac-man's biggest forte' is his speed and agility.. I am not sure how he would handle himself after gaining additional mass in such a short time. Not to mention his height and length disadvantage.

Pacquiao will win because Dela Hoya will try to show he can go toe 2 toe. If Oscar stays outside and jabs he could win the fight. Hopefully he doesn't try to go inside until latter rounds to win.
I can careless who wins, just a good fight with action. You have a brawler and a boxer. Doesn't usually equal great fight.
Wifes rooting for Pacquiao seeing she's a flip. I root for hard punches from either one.
