Red Robin still looks good faded.
Thank you Mark! Kind of lost a bit of that cool mint green on the base, but the reds are still on task, lol...
I love the latest pictures as much as their invented common names. The pink pigment safe so pronounced. Congratulations.
Thank you Bulent! The name game is pretty out of control in these parts, lol... I mostly shoot for unnamed gems that will color up in my system. The pinks and reds do seem to do good for me. Cheers!
Thanks Mark! I am growing all this out, then I may want to do a new tank using all the fresh cut frags from my colonies. Something I am thinking of doing around the spring of 2017. We are going to pull the carpet in the house and do wood or tile, either way a perfect time to build a killer stand and maybe plumb through the way and have a make shift fish room. We shall see, I really love the 120, but I would love to go custom next year and build to spec. Thinking about 60"x28"x20"deep. More shallow and a tad wider and longer. I could use the same light setup and all the other components. I would likely do my 48x24x12" frag tank as a sump, install my own baffles, and partition off a fuge. If so, I will use all treated dry rock, and take my sweet time
Faded! No way, looks good. I would still love some of that red robin.
I just moved my Hawkins into a more prominent spot in the tank because of the amazing pictures of yours. Mine is growing but it's not up to your standard yet. It has got a really cool little acro crab in it though that must have moved there from a different coral.
You would never know you just performed any treatment that could potentially stress your acros, they all look great.
Michael, thank you so much for the kind words! The red robin looks a bit orangey to me, but it shifts in color depending on mood

The hawkins is my show piece, kind of common, but when they get this big, they are really sweet. Yeah, the treatment was smooth, I would not hesitate to use it again. I did lights out for 2 days, so that is mainly why I see a few corals a bit off. Anyway, hope all is well, 100ml seems to be doing the trick with component dosing, thanks for all your insight! Cheers...
Perry looking good bud. Not as bad as you made it out to be lmao. That Ponape looks insane!!!!. I could never get mine to look good. So what do you think created the outbreak, the probios?. Is it because you didnt put it in the fridge or what. I keep all products in the refrigerator, since im paranoid of them going bad
Jorge, thanks bud! I cannot pinpoint where the green slime came from, but when I bought a replacement bottle, it smelled significantly different. The original bottle has an off smell, like spoiled. I only keep the bacteria in the fridge, but will likely put coral e in the fridge too, because it is a food.
Sweet Perry!
Still loving the ice tort.
Perry give us a little spotlight in the cute little frag growing to the right of the red robin..
It looks nice as well
Colors are looking great!
Hey Matt,
That is a true peach colored acro that I was given from the LFS, it is a signature coral they picked up.(Stormborn Reef). I am still healing from siatic and recent issues, so I am back to being a customer. The restaurant I work at reopens soon, so I am doing the mind~body~spirit plan, to heal
Holy crap Perry!
thanks for the new pictures! :bounce2:
Flo
Thanks Flo, post a link to your journal so I can see the new corals. Hope all is well my friend! Cheers!
