Here is a pic of my female clown Spike. Well you can see how she got the name but we originally thought she was going to be the male but we went on vacation and when we got back she had grown considerably. So she is special with her spike for a dorsal fin and solid black pectoral fins instead of just rimmed in black. We think it makes her look cool, thought i would share a pic. Does anyone else have there female keep the male out of the anemone? I am not sure if he just stays away or if she won't let him in.

I had that problem with the female keeping the male out of anemone. That problem has since ceased when I anemone split. It is just something they do. One home get's crowded sometimes and they just need a little space. With any luck your Anemone will split as well and you will have a fix to that issues. She looks cool.

Thanks, has anyone else had a clown that was a little special. lol

Yes!
Here is my lonely female with just one eye. You can see where her other used to be. Came home one day from work and she was stuck to the side of a mini-jet power head/pump. Thought she was dead, turned off the pump, grabbed a plastic cup and went to fish her out. She moved and was still alive after being sucked to the pump for half the day.

She lost her left side fins and her eye. The fins grew back and here she is almost 2 years later.

*sorry for the out-of-focus pic. Was snapping a pic of the new RBTA and she swam by.*
