Pizza Night! Thursday Febuary 2nd, 2012

hi, i'm interesting joining the slash club on thursday but i don't get off until 7. Just wonder how long is Dave hosting until? If late until 9 then i probably have time to swing by and meet everyone. Dave can you pm me your address so i can look up on my gps to see how far are you from me. I leave in fenton area. Hoping to meet everyone. Thanks
 
I hate to have to do this but Jackie's mother of 79 had a heart attack 2 day ago and regretfully we will not be able to host after Latawatta:( I was going to try and do it anyway but there is to much going on and there is no way to swing it. I am very sorry to have to do this but it cannot be avoided. We would love to try this again at a later date. :sad1: Thanks for understanding.:)
 
Well, that's a poop...sorry to hear Dave. Hope everything works out. My mom, who's only 46 had a stroke a month ago. It was pretty scary, but she came through fine. Definitely not fun though.

Is there anybody else who can host after the eats? *cough* Nick and Beth *cough*

Beth and I are very sorry to hear this Dave. Let Jackie know our thoughts are with you both and Jackie's mom. Don't worry a bit about PN we'll work something out for Thursday and I'm sure we'll schedule a visit to your place again in the future.

Beth and I always enjoy having the club over but as most of you know, we don't have a large place. I'm not sure it could comfortably support the size of some of groups we've had lately. We were planning to host a PN in the summer when things slow down a bit. I would like to see if anyone else is willing to host first.

Sorry to hear Dave, Family should always come first. It will just leave something more for me to look forward to. We'll keep you two in our prays.
 
Thanks to all you guys. I am very disappointed to say the least but you are all right. Family is the most important thing. She is 79 with the middle stages of Alzheimer's and this is making it worse. Hopefully she will be going home one day next week. Thanks again guys:)
