36 x 18 x 20

I revised the list based off your input and some others.

Fish:
Bonded Pair Yasha Goby (Stongobiops Yasha)
Gold Assessor Basslet (Assessor Favissimus)
2x Green Clown Goby (Gobiodon Atrangulatus)
3x Greenbanded Goby (Elacatinus Multifasciatum)
Hectors Goby (Amblygobius Hectori)
Yellow Stripe Clingfish (Diademichthys Lineatus)
Helfrichi Firefish (Nemateleotris Helfrichi)
Sharknose Goby (Elacatinus Evelynae)

Inverts:
Clean-up Crew (still researching numbers since mine were off)
Tiger Tail Sea Cucumber (Holothuria Hilla)
3x Peppermint Shrimp (Lysmata Wurdemanni)
Blood Red Fire Shrimp (Lysmata Debelius)
Red Banded Snapping Shrimp (Alpheus Randalli)
5x Sexy Anemone Shrimp (Thor Amboinensis)
2x Porcelain Crab (Petrolisthes Galathinus)
Black Long Spine Urchin (Diadema Setosum) Also curious how disruptive this will be to the tank.

Any order they need to go in?

Always most peaceful first, most aggressive last

No. They are pretty easy but do best with peaceful tank mates and an aquascape that provides in and out type of swimming. Initially slightly reclusive, but eventually not shy although reserved around rowdy tank mates.

Sounds like good fit to my list ,, will put the list up when i get closer,,,,

thank you

I may be coming about this the wrong way, apologies if I am.
I am looking for a fairly active yellow fish for my 55g.
Current tank inhabitants:
2 ocellaris clowns
2 yellow tail damsels (yes, I know they're bastards)
1 Red Fire Fish
EDIT: I also have a RBTA
Based on your knowledge, I'm looking for suggestions of what might work. I need them to be reef safe and fairly hardy.
Any recommendations are much appreciated!

As those who follow this thread know, I do not provide recommendations for a variety of reasons. However I am always happy to review stocking plans for compatibility as long as tank size is also provided. That being said, the two damsel fish will limit tank stocking options.

Apologies, I've never looked at this thread. I'll look around then figure it out, thanks anyway!

This thread is about marine fish compatibility. When you have a stocking plan I would be happy to review it for compatibility.

Hi!
Thanks for your advice, I skipped the cowfish and the puffer.
Next question. I went tidepooling, and took home two dark gobies. I popped them into qt, only to find that one of them wasn't a goby, but a divided leopard wrasse! It's been in a non-local tank, so I can't put it back, it's been exposed to exotic rock and fish.

It is eating well, copepod of course and prepared food as well. I was wondering if I need to do anything special to give it the best home I can?

In other news, husband caught a snowflake moray eel. We have a fowlr it can go in, but I'd love it in the reef. The smallest fish are two convict tangs that'll soon grow and some firefish. Should he be ok? He is about a foot long.

Thanks!

Oh sorry - to add, the fowlr to be is a 65 gallon, currently almost cycled. We would design the tankmates to suit, we have no real plans for it yet.

Established 30 gal long DT
20 gal sump/refugium
T-5 HO
LED over sump
500 gph main pump
currently one PH good water flow
45 lbs LR in tank (3 large rocks)
2-3" live sand
35 lbs LR in sump
Larger ball Cheato in sump
Bak Pak 2 skimmer

Water parameters are good for LPS

This will be a mixed reef/fish mostly SPS or softies, leathers etc with exception of frogspawn/hammers/torch
BTA (or other suggestion to have a hosting with clown)
Clownfish I'm thinking of only doing one so would prefer Maroon/gold stripe or Clarkii
Royal Gramma
Yellow Watchman Goby
Small flasher wrasse
Flame Hawkfish
Cherub Angel
Various CUC snails, hermits, Emerald crab and pepermint shrimp

I actually would prefer OCC or Perc clown fish but want this to be an easy hosting, so I like the shape of the Maroon over the Clarkii. I really like the crispa nems best but have heard horror stories of them eating their clown fish.

Excellent and interesting fish. Needs sand and sufficient copepods. Will also eat PE mysis or similar.

I do not provide analysis of aggressive fish community tanks but I am sure you can get opinions on FOWLR suitability in that forum.

Thanks!

Okay, I quoted my livestock list. Would a yellow candy hog fish be a safe addition to my tank? If it came down to it, I really wouldn't mind relocating the damsels.
I also forgot to mention I have a few birds nest frags and several soft coral.
Thanks in advance!

Corals are not a problem as long as coral safe fish are selected. If you remove the damsels, a yellow candy hog fish would work fine.

We started a 120 gal tank about four months ago and went to quick in adding live stock and lost them all. This time around we are going to take it much slower. It is a 120gal coral tank, 6ft. in length and its on a canister filter system. The only inhabitants in the tank now are a few snails and red and blue leg crabs. We also have some Palys and a mushroom in the tank. What we would like to add in the future, in form of livestock is:
3 Green Chromis
2 Percula Clowns
1 Hippo Tang
1 Royal Gramma
1 Potters Dwarf angle
2 Anthias
if possible a yellow tang or a foxface tang.
Each addition would be 3 weeks to a month apart.

I suggest you develop a quarantine protocol; example can be found in my blog

3 Green Chromis will become one over time
2 Percula Clowns
1 Hippo Tang needs a much larger tank
1 Royal Gramma
1 Potters Dwarf angle
2 Anthias depending on species, may require multiple feedings per day
if possible a yellow tang or a foxface tang. You could do one of these, but should be last fish added

Clownfish I'm thinking of only doing one so would prefer Maroon/gold stripe or Clarkii These are both aggressive and once sexually mature, will own the tank so no other fish will work because of aggression
