I don't use a PX1000. The output is different with them. If I can capture the output I can fix the problem for you.

That's what I decieded to do as well. Everytime I thought I was good for 24/7, some little thing would error out or not fire at the right time. Now I just use it for overides and it works great.

OK I have to find a way to deal with many PX1000.

I modified the script so it should at least correctly pull the pH temp and ORP from the AC3. Please download it again and see if you at least get those three readings.

If you look in the ini file you will see that I have added a section call PX1000. right now it is set to 0 but the idea is to be able to add the amount of px1000 that you have and it will just pull that info out for you.

I just downloaded again and didn't notice any change to the ini file. Came up with the same error.

Here is what I get when the PX100 is at zero

So we are on the right track... It didn't change anything when I changed the PX number to 3, but it's showing correct values of the temp PH and OrP

I'm working blind, because I do not have a PX1000. but this should work.

copy the ACTank.txt file over, as it has a new section for the PX1000.

edit the ini file to reflect how many PX1000's you have.

What should happen is, it should find all the values however many PX1000 you have and add them to the txt file in the follwing manner

PX1_1=78.9
PX1_2=773
PX2_1-36.9

etc.

Let me know how it goes.

I'm not sure what you mean when you say "add them to the text file"

I'm using 3 PX1000's but not using all the slots for each one. meaning one of them I'm only using Temp and PH, another only Temp, etc... I'm not sure how this will effect things in the program.

Remove the lines under the [PX1000] section.

I just meant that the program will add the PX1000 readings to the text file.

Are we able to edit the PX names to reflect what they actually are ie: caclium reactor, prop tank, sump, etc..

not right now. I don't know how to do that yet. Right now the idea is to use the txt file as a means for something else to read the AC values. That and people can have their PX1000 set up a little differently so it's tough to find something that works for everyone.

BTW you pulled the V04 off my server too quick, I also tried to fix the COND not showing up right. If you can pull the V04 file again it should fix it.

I assume you can change all the names in the actual LCD screen maybe?

Now how do we link it all to the screen? Unfortunately I have a Matrix Orbital 4x20 screeen and not a crystalfontz screen so after doing some research I found that the software isn't compatible with Matrix Orbital.

I wonder if there is some third party freeware we can find to make it work so people don't have to use the crystalfontz screen only. I recieved LCDC software with my screen that alows plugins, honestly I don't know how to do it though.

Yeah the names on the LCD screen are what you change. I don't know how to use it with other software. But all you want it to do is read a text file. I'll post some instructions on how to do it with the crystalfontz software later on.

All is working for me as well including the PX-1000,But when the Aquanotes connected to the AC3 you cannot pull the data from it. Its either the Aquanotes or the Screen program.

Is this program suppose to pull data every minute or so? are you able to close the folder and have it running in the background? I just looked at it and the data was not right until I hit the .exe file again then it updated correctly

I'm hoping the directions work for my software as well, I'm sure they are simular in ways. Can't wait.
