Yea most likely am. I recently won the build my led multi channel contest and should have the actinic supplement fixtureby the end of next week. Gonna hang it off my Sunpower like how people use reef brights. The leds are royal blue , blue and violet (420nm & 405nm) that are each on their own channel. Gonna give that a try. Sorry for hijacking the thread. Back on topic!!! Lol

36" 6 bulb dimmable. I was originally looking at the 8 but the 6 is more then enough light with ati bulbs and especially since I'm gonna add leds. Running two coral plus 3 blue plus and one actinic

Hang one or two reef brite strips off the ends. You don't even have to modify your fixture. Use your T5 as the primary and LED for supplement/pop. With an 8 bulb you can get more creative but switching to LEDs to try and "fix" a problem is not wise lol. Just my humble opinion. I'm not an expert like Eddie

Thanks! I feel like I'm FINALLY settling into a routine again, where I don't have to test daily, and freaked out about things going south in a heartbeat. It's a nice relief actually. I've gone back to my regular waterchange routine, and monitoring my alk every few days and my nutrients a couple times a week since I'm still dialing in the carbon dosing. I am also seeing some improvement in color and colors showing up here and there. Its nice to see.

A couple quick shots from the other day. You'll notice the NO polyp extension. Darn angel! My buddy is lending my his fish trap this week!:bounce3:

I recently upped my lighting intensity because my pink lemonade was looking more like Lime Gatorade.....



Blue matrix settling in and looking like it should start growing soon. This one I almost lost in my "funk"...

This one is starting to become one of my favorites. Its been growing a lot lately. Its more "yellow-ish" bright green in person. Not that I think of it, most of the pics look really greenish....



I may need to frag this badboy soon. Look at all those little growth nubs!



This guy definitely preferred the halide. It also looks like it needs more light. Its off to the side not directly under my lights, but I'm hoping that it will return to its former glory. It is growing though....



This guy was looking great a few weeks ago, but looking blah lately. Still looks nice and glows really cool under actinic....

I have a love hate with this thing. I've almost lost it like 5 times. It grows, then receeds, grows then receeds. I should give it to Eddie to grow out for me and then he can give it back so I can color it up.....

Thanks! Gimme about another 2 months and it will be screaming nice! That's only a few weeks. I lost one in my crash right when it was really looking good. Bright green base and hot pink tips!:inlove:

I may have some extra when all is saiid and done. Those chunks were quite turdish! I dipped them, clipped them and checked them into rehab! I also placed the fish trap. I'll be going fishing in the next few days! Thanks for the trap, E! I will do my best to not kill your turdcake, but no promises. In a month we'll know:clown:
