SeanT 's 300 gallon Cube-esque project.

IMO i think you should use set up 3, and use more live rock. possibly build up your back right corner with a nice pillar, and then put another in the front left hand corner where you have some open space.

#1 and #3 are very similar...the rocks are rotated differently, but they are in the same places. So I think you've arrived at the basic position of the four pieces.

I like the rotation on the centrepiece rock in picture #1...but I would like to see how that looks from the right.

I need some quick opinions.

I may be changing the large rock formation and am looking for aesthetic advice...I've never had an "eye" for it, ask my wife, she will confirm that. :)

Which is more pleasing?

Also, remember that the acrylic rod will not be visible when I am done.

Thanks,
Sean

I edited this to make it easier.

I think that may end up looking too contrived. Hard to picture it with corals, although it might be cool if it were encrusted with monti, zoas, and acans.

Sean, I think it's time to let those rocks get wet! You're stressing too much for perfection.

I also like #1 most :) I think it's good to think about your rockwork, but when you place corals and let them grow out, the aquascape will change again.
Try to incorporate rockstructure with the placement, growthspeed and growthpattern of the corals, and I'm sure the result will be very nice.

Very curious to see how the rockwork ends up looking. I am very interested in doing something similar to my next tank.

Well, not much has happened over the last few weeks.
Just a few minor bits of progress.

HOWEVER...SUNDAY IS THE DAY!!!

I have the free time and, thankfully, I have some kind souls willing to donate their time and hard work to get it up and running.

I need to make 4, 1.5" Dursos fast.

Anyone know where I can get the instructions?
