its good to hear your going to get that monster going:D

All this plan to move is killing me

Very nicely designed system!!!

I love the wave action from the waveboxes. How did you get your builder to use such a small eurobrace and no cross brace? ******* made me put in cross braces and a 8" eurobrace. And my tank is 1" all around. Any issue with bowing?

Amazing Skimmer. I actually got to see that monster in person before it was shipped out to you. I have live in Charlotte and I regularly visit Eric at Finsreef.

Look like you have thought of everything. Impressive!! :D

Typhon, thank you so much for the kind word. The tank is only 24" tall with 22" water level so my builder think i should be fine :). I have filled the tank up to the rim for 24hrs without notice any bow.

The protein skimmer is really impressive and i am very happy with the perforfmance. Currently the protein skimmer running with just 3 pump and still produce good amount of skimmate daily. My friend 300g display 400g total volume look crystal clear and the brown stuff on the sand seem to go away slowly.

I took down my old tank in October 2007 and focus on the new tank since then. I want to make sure i am not missing anything and not plan to upgrade in the future.

Waiting for an update is killing me here;)

Sorry Sir :D, here is an update and will follow with a few picture tomorrow. The ATB flowstar 4200 return pump arrived today as well as couple 6305, 6205 and 6105 arrived couple days ago. I have been busy in the past couple days therefore i didn't get a chance to take picture. The move still scheduled for March. I will take my stand apart and send it in for Line-X as soon as i receive the support for the light rack from John.

As for lighting, i am still waiting on the 4th sfiligoi exaggerate pendant from Aquarium Obsessed, a dual PFO HQI 400w ballast from Premium aquatic and a Single PFO HQI 400w from HOP :D. Thank you HOP

A few new items will arrive in couple weeks 240lbs of Tropic eden reef flake sand for the bottom, 200lbs Tropic eden crush coral for the calcium reactor and a pallet of Tunze salt :D... Will post some picture tomorrow...

Yo Steve at your slow rate Dudester will have water in his tank before you do!

How much do you want to bet . Talking about Dudester, why don't you go out there to support?

Steve, long time bud. It is really nice to see you get that new tank up and running. I have enjoyed seeing the videos of the wave in action. I just can't get over your orders changing all the time. I am happy you are staying put. Reef on!!

Clint, glad to see you here :D. Yeah, all the change drive me crazy. Finally i get a chance to get my tank up and running.

No worry HOP just send it out whenever you can. Some how i ended up with a bunch of MH ballast :D.

Hey Steve,

what type of pumps are in the wavebox/wavebox extensions? is it a 6291?

also could you achieve the wave box effect using multiple stream 2 - 6205's?

thanks

Stan
