LOL you read too fast! i quickly noticed my dumbness and already edited that question out of my post hehe. i might just give that company a call and see if they service my area. epoxies are not easy to work with on a large scale (at least not to me, yet)

I will do the same :D. I don't want to mess up the garage....

Ok folks, here is my final decision.

I will insulate the two walls, garage door and use two parts epoxy on the floor. I am not going to build the little room because after i finish with the insulation and the floor, i will be broke :D. Plus it look cleaner without that little room.

Heating plan
i will buy the gas operated heater with thermostat for the garage

Cooling plan
I will get the 1.5hp tradewind chiller

Decoration :D
I will have a couch and coffee table (no TV). Laptop to access RC and other reef forums :D.

What else do i need?

how about cutting hole through the wall and covered it up with a painting? then removed the painting when you want to view it. still be considered 3 sides viewable :D.

a refridgerator, microwave and a do not disturb sign
chad

I'll get the fridge for cold heineken but i don't need a microwave. The sign gotta go unless i want to sleep in the garage...

I made the promise of no wall cutting or drilling hole. But i may need a couple for the breakers and the RODI line :D

Sean, i am not sure when the tank will get wet but everytime i look at the tank. I get wet :D

Should be sometime in May :D

Man, I miss a few hours today, and there are so many changes! I think you need to change the title of your thread back to "Planning" :D

I think the compromise with putting it in the garage is making it an in-wall. You should sell to your wife how relaxing it will be to see the tank during dinner, etc. Also, your little one will love to see the tank, and you don't want the little one to catch a cold going into the garage ;)

That sound very convincing. But i like to be able to claim my own space. She can have the living room, dining room and whatever room she like... I will take half of my garage....
