Grab a pair of Mandarins, in a tank that big you'd never have to worry about them, and you could see them mating which is just awesome.
Just two tangs? :thumbdown
Oh well, I guess it is your tank. Seems like a LOT of room - I can't imagine the tangs would have much to fight about in a tank that size.
Most wouldn't fight in a tank that large, as long as they're different shapes. But even in a tank that size, I don't know if you would see the true behavior of Tangs. I was checking out this tank over the weekend, http://www.abt.com/about/fish/fishtank_info. Compared to my 210, the Tangs acted completely differently. No nervousness. Swimming speed for the most part would be very, very slow. Completely ignoring other fish. A bunch of Tangs reaching 1+ feet in length.
That's not happening, the group of tangs that is. Can't have a 30$ yellow or 120$ purple messing with a black. Also I doubt I will find two small false personifers like I want so that will probably only be one and the scribbled pair is still up in the air since they get large
i think that's a good decision on the tangs.
I don't think you can feed an osff in that tank unless you just want to let it eat acros. I would be careful with the anthias and tusk/x-hatch, i've heard of both fish eating fish shaped like anthias.
I lost my Quoyi along with everything else but 3 things last November from some bad CP.
Is cp chloroquine phosphate? If so how do you know it was bad and killed your fish?

I'm guessing that you will end up putting in more docile fish after some more aggressive ones have marked their territory. (Due to random deaths and such)
To that end, I'd just settle on the list and stock order as best you can and adjust to any aggression problems as they occur. You'll be doing your best effort to prevent it, but you'll probably end up having to deal with it anyway.
I'd also start early on the pyramids (and other difficult fish), since it may take you multiple tries to get enough to stick. I've been trying to get 3 pyramids to survive in my tank, and it's been almost a year now.
Just curious. Why are you thinking conspic over the clarion? Color preference? Aggression? Price?
