The amazing Apple berry monti Palawenensis!

c´mon photoshop color balance?

What about t5 fluorescents? they seem to bring out the colors a bit more in my corals.

I just took this pic of my frag and the intense green is coming out after almost 1.5 months blasting a few inches under a 150watt 14.5k

I have the same coral as Greg and mine has green polyps. It does, however, have quite good growth. Reefnroll had a large colony in her tank as well which had green polyps. These are very nice montis as colonies :)

I just received my monti palawensis yesterday, and to be honest, the green is really intense, kinda like the first picture, ant the polyps are out now.

But it worries me that the polyps are not blue, but they're brown, what is going on will they color up or I got ripped off?

after you light acclimate it (take it slow) find a spot right under a bulb and let it cook. They love HIGH light and med flow, trust me, if you acclimate it and find a nice hot spot for it the colors on the polyps and base will color nicely for you

PS..got any pix?

Hi dude, it is resting on the sand bed, I was planning to move it 6" under my T5's this weekend is that ok?. They told me since it was resting under MH then its ok, plus its a very small frag and it keeps flying and I can't just attach it to any rock, I need to attach it to its final location. is it ok? or it will cause harm on it?

No I don't have any pic but will take one once I glue it to the rock.

Got this one a month or so ago. It faded at first, but is starting to color back up and the polyps are beginning to turn blue. It's directly under a 250 watt 10k AB bulb.
