Tyree Ultimate blue staghorn!

I acquired a good frag of ultimate blue staghorn

It arrived brown with green tips, and its starting to color up!, the body is now dark purple almost black with green tips, I´m sure the dark purple body will lighten up to blue in a couple of weeks.

But its just hard to find pictures of it on the internet, the best known pics are from the reeffarmers site, does anyone have a piece of it? Show your pics!.

I have it but I don't refer to it as the Tyree Ultimate Blue Stag . JK. Hit it with lots of flow and lots of light and it should be pretty happy.

I'm glad the tank is coming back. You should make a thread one of these day documenting all the changes you made to your system. I am sure there are some lessons to be learned

I have positioned it in a moderate flow high light area, is that ok?, not many high flow areas left, but I figur it can grow to where the flow is higher if it needs to. In fact it has a week in my tank and it seems as if one branch is visibly growing fast.

I want to see pictures!

Bryan, for being a stag, it's definitely slow. I also have had it in a less than stellar placement, but I'd say so.

Because Greg's the only one I've seen keep that color.

Mine might look like that in 6 months.

Top down coloration is also different. I had mine with about 3" of that awesome coloration before the summer started. Also, the new growth really shows that color IMO.
