Unhappy Montipora Digitata

Hello SPS lovers and experts,

I am a novice in the marine aquarium game and I'm having some issues with my orange monitpora digitata (pic attached)

Some of the polyps are well-extended while most are not. He was high up near the LED array and I have since moved him to the bottom 1/3 of the tank. I have also begun dosing of pickling lime with RODI through my auto top off system. FYI, other LPS and SPS (acopora, green & blue) seem quite happy with nice polyp extension.

Any steers? What should I be looking for / adjusting in terms of chemistry?

Ammonia: 0
Nitrates: 0
Alk: @ 8

If your tank is mostly frags of sps, I would not dose and just use water changes to keep parameters optimum. Keep the digi lower and maybe raise lights or lessen photo period. LED's give insane par especially when clustered together and using optics. Also avoid being a mad scientist with your tank until you get the hang of things.
