130 X 36 x 36 inbound...any suggestions?

or get a bunch of chairs and cold glasses lol cause half of RC will want to see this beauty in person :P lol we'll bring beer :D

Congrats and good luck Huma! :) Can't wait to see your pics and hear about your experiences. I have to admit, I wouldn't have the courage to put that fish in that large tank with the clarion and triggers. I'd probably have him in 70-gallon with a lid and every hardware redundancy/failsafe known to be possible. :) But fortune favors the bold. It will certainly be a stunning display!

thanks, I hear that!!
currently have only 2 trigs in the tank, both are ch and are very mellow...the tank has 3 access panels on top that were cut out of the acrylic, each weigh about 30 pounds- so, lol, nobody is jumping out of the dt...
there are 3 pumps on the tank- if one goes, I am covered, if power goes out I have a generator...after a long qt protocol she will go in an iso box in the dt...if there is aggression she will not be let out of iso...my hope is that after rearranging the lr she will be okay..my only real concern is the gf- she is a tough lil fish...lol, but this is all very, very scary...
pics soon,

Spectacular looking fish - cost of entry too rich for my blood so will watch from afar. As a diver myself, cannot imagine going to 400 feet, yikes! Other than the difficulty in collecting which makes availability very scarce, I wonder if these fish are actually rare or not in the wild?

Is it travelling on a direct flight to you or is it stopping in LA for a Re-OX?

What else is coming in the box? I'm not saying a Peppermint isn't enough, but getting a box from Koji seems that there is going to be room in the box for a couple more bags, perhaps some 3 stripe damsels or a dull gray Scooter Blenny...

she is coming direct from Rufus...will be talking to him shortly about possibly having something else sent but appreciate the damsel and dull gray blenny idea...:lolspin::lmao:

That's amazing you're getting a Boylei.....I must say I wouldn't even consider putting one in an "aggressive" community tank, too risky. Anxious to see how it goes.

If the only fish you are worried about is the GF, why wouldnt you remove it, at least temporarily.

considered that...she might stay in the 250...I am going to put her in large iso box when I try the dt...
with a long qt protocol ahead of me, I will make that decision after I get to know her well...
Koji reported they were not as delicate and fragile as once thought...
lol, going to tread very, very lightly...

lol, I am considering every option's option....and then rethinking the whole thing...

If you consider a full overhaul of your DT, I am willing to drive down and give a helping hand. I just really want to see this peppermint
