Wow, beautiful fish bro. You've come a long way from your tank in Ithaca. Mozel Tov.
Ill fly out there to be the water bucket boy
The fish looked great in Koji's video when I watched it last night. It would be cool to see them eating on video before they are shipped. You could always replace that fiesty Goldflake with a Narcosis.. same color![]()

Just a thought, from my experience with less rare angels. A lot of the angels like to start by picking from the rocks. In your display tank the rock is very clean.
Can you find some cured pieces of live rock that have sponges, algae and stuff to add for the peppermint so she has stuff to pick at ?

start a mysid culture man. you can get enrichment powders from seahorse farm as well, to gut load it.
the mysid will be close to a dollar for each ! but its worth it for this fish ..at least the first couple of days.
Ted I am speechless of your acquisition and know how you feel when I was waiting on Rob coming up with a personatus for me- here are my thoughts for your beautiful baby girl
Put her in the same QT your interruptus came from. put in some live rock in there that has a ton of hiding space for her. Put some Blue LEDs on there and remove all lights from the room. Move the temp down to 75 and lower the salinity a bit.
Once she is in there, feed cyclopees right away and some other small smelly food.
I know she is expensive, but do NOT go against your QT method with your other fish. Plus you do not want to have her worried about her tank mates even if she is separated. The less amount of stress the better.
Good luck with her...I will be planning to come out to CT to see her...count on that!
Hey Chris,
Thanks, I am going to do just that...your crazy tanks have been a huge inspiration and source of awe for me over the last several years.
Will keep you updated here or there, lol...
