my bad, I just googled pep angel...the rumor I found was listed on a reefers site from Michigan but was from 2009...

If she doesn't work out in the main tank, one of those qts sps dominated with just the peppermint would be awesome lol. Is there any documentation of their max size and temperament?

they are supposed to be pretty mellow overall...max is 7 cm...males and females can be distinguished as males have a black edge on a longer dorsal fin and anal fin, also longer ventral fins and females have a rounder shaped body and no black edge...temps 22-23 c- which is 4.5 degrees (f) lower than these fish were caught at...looks like, they can handle the temps..

thanks...yeah, that is an interruptus...centropyge interrupta or Japanese pygmy angel...deepwater...cooler water...that is a male...female is more orange...the male started going super male and has changed over the past couple weeks...much more blue on face and great fin markings...there are newer pics of them in here...the pair has recently started a mating ritual every night when the lights go down which is killer to see...the male came from Koji and Blue Harbor...the female came from Koji and Blue Zoo...

Congrats and good luck Huma! :) Can't wait to see your pics and hear about your experiences. I have to admit, I wouldn't have the courage to put that fish in that large tank with the clarion and triggers. I'd probably have him in 70-gallon with a lid and every hardware redundancy/failsafe known to be possible. :) But fortune favors the bold. It will certainly be a stunning display!

Is it travelling on a direct flight to you or is it stopping in LA for a Re-OX?

What else is coming in the box? I'm not saying a Peppermint isn't enough, but getting a box from Koji seems that there is going to be room in the box for a couple more bags, perhaps some 3 stripe damsels or a dull gray Scooter Blenny...
