2 centropyge popeye cause & hemmorage?

Purchased a pair of Hybrid Dwarf angels. They are recovering from some popeye issue. The tissue on the eye that was from Popeye seems to be sloughing off now. Treated them with prazi but need to figure out the cause of the popeye, whether bacterial or fungal. Now im noticing red bneath the scales on both of them (see pics). Looks like a physical injury, but how in the same spot on both fish? Perhaps even where the heart would be located? Im not positive of Centropyge anatomy. Hopefully, someone can help. I have a plethora of medications, so I need to know whether to attack this with antibacterials or fungicides. Thanks.

I just thought of a reason for the bruising. Perhaps decompression with a needle. Would that explain the popeye though?

I really need someones help on this one. These are very unique fish.

One of them I don't think will make it through the night if I don't medicate it correctly. Ill post more pics, but I could really use guidance as far whether to treat with a sulfur based med or an antibiotic, or nothing at all. Maybe a water change, but large or small?

Maybe use kanaplex and paraguard together
Kanaplex is absorbed by the skin
