Thanks for the review, Ed. I would stick to the Deltec Epoxy too. the glue seems to take a while to dry. And it looks like actual cement.

Ed, you should get the black eggcrate to match your slick plumbing!

Yeah, I know...:( but having a little trouble finding it here at this moment so I thought will start off white 1st - but not given up looking... :D

Ed, so the speedclue work very well for you? Does it really hold the rock like cement? I have been looking for something similar to cement to work with my aquascape. Thank you for the instruction :D

I think i missed it and could not find it while looking fast in your thread... where did you get the speedglue?

Thanks!

Yes, Steve, once dries, it works like cement - only thing is getting the right thickness of the glue. Should work great for your purpose of building your rocks out of water.

Oh and thanks for answering Richard's Q....

Accordingly to Zeovit forum, 1 will be using 2.5L of Zeovit for my tank...

I used to work in Indonesia for 4 years...great country and people... :) [/B][/QUOTE]

wow you been around the world, so that mean this is not your last project :D :D :D

Steve,

Below is a respond from Alexander from Zeovit forum...for those who might find it useful. Seems my mix was too soft.... :rolleye1: and was told that it should only take a min or two to stick frags under water...

Hi Ed, looks to me like a little bit to much water. I took some pictures a while ago of the consistence I use.

I also add the powder first. After adding some water with a syringe ~ 5 ml per heaped teaspoon it looks like this which is still to dry:

Than I a little bit more water and the consistence becomes more like plasticine:

That’s the consistence I use.

Can you share me your experiences why dried rocks give problems in Zeo system??

just need longer cycling time, brown algae problem even though i soak the dried rock with RO + vinegar for 3 weeks time, but after i swap some LR, in 1 week time the system seem healthier, look like got full back up of bacteri colony came from the fresh live rock. the good thing never never detected po4 in my system.

Thanks Pak Johan - I intend to add about 30pounds of LR to help with the cycle anyway so hope that's enough...

Outstanding is my lights... :(

Thanks Eric....yours is coming along nicely as well...I almost went with the ATI Bubble master myself but in the end decided on Deltec...

Finally got some time to make some frag trays with rubber suckers clips I found locally on-line (which I cut into two and drill holes at the side to attached to the egg crate) so that I can easily stick them onto the glass panel and move them upwards slowly as they get acclimate in the main display. :rolleye1:
