So I emailed aquasd. Told them most frags were lost, and the ones that weren't lost, were in poor shape. Will(the owner?) emailed me back already and said he would make sure to take care of us. Will said he would like to see everyone pick up their frags and take them directly to their tank, but could send out another goodies box for us... To me that is amazing customer service, and I know I will surely to giving them my business in the future, as well as would like to encourage the club to use them again as well.
Thanks for the follow up Steve. Will already knew about the problem and I sent him links of topics started by members about how the frags looked. the day after the swap. This is actually our 2nd go around with aquasd, the previous was members orders put together for the "live sale". I've been on stand by since my fiancée will be having our daughter anytime soonMy suggestion would be to verify what he would cover "frags and shipping" or would we have to pay for shipping? If he's covering everything, I'd get a thread up on individuals who wanted to put together an order to take advantage of the shipping. At the same time give them more business since Will's customer service is top notch. Steve if you do follow up please let us know. I have been eyeballing a couple items.
Yeah bayer seems to work well for me I usually dip bayer then coral rx then freshwater then in the tank, this time I did just bayer. I did notice the bite marks Saturday night all other acros look ok but I'll keep a good eye on the tank.
You freshwater dip your corals?
Here's mine. After reading the quotes about the aefw I'm glad I cut the base off lol. You can actually see my frag in one of Johns pics dead center of the tank and the rtn was already in effect.
The color is actually starting to come out in it it was ghost white but now has some slightly pink tips and is showing some great PE. (obviously not in this pic lol)
