Any words on the iPad app or apex control for this unit? That's my deciding factor on this unit. Also how do I subscribe to this thread?

Strawberry Shortcake by DEAF N1NJA, on FlickrI will do, cheers.
Here's my graph right now, running in the T5s at 100% to burn them in, but on a very limited photoperiod so as to not shock the corals,
Can anyone tell me how I can find the weight of an 8x80w powermodule hybrid? I'm trying to find an appropriately sized electronic winch system to mount mine on
i am not sure what exact weight of the unit , but i can tell you its heavy...maybe call ATI USA for correct number.. I would say more then 40lbs for sure..
Hybrid graph by DEAF N1NJA, on FlickrNoticed a few of my SPS are losing their colour in patches - and wondering if my photoperiod is too short on my ATI Hybrid.
It's an 8 bulb 24" model over a 24" x 18" x 18" 30 ish gallon tank - it's replaced 2 x Kessil A360WEs and has been on the tank around 12 days so far.
The Kessils were running a 13 hour photoperiod with a 4 hour peak period maxing out @ 65% intensity (comparing apples and oranges I know).
Here is my graph for the ATI Hybrid :

I also realise it could be many things with regards SPS colour loss (it's not bleaching) such as nutrient levels, parameter swings etc.
Seems like a very short photoperiod. Gradually increase your T5 to 7-8 hours for 4 bulbs and 3 hours for all 8 bulbs. SPS need a lot of light and looks like you are not giving them adequate lighting. That's provided your other parameters are stable.
Your main light period is on the short side. Go ahead and extend the light period. However, have you checked for pests? Are all SPS including monti's stylosphora/hysterix etc all affected? Or just Acropora?
