Campbell's 120x36x30 In-Wall FOWLR

Sorry for the lose chris. Looks like the wrought is the king of the b'flys and the emperor still holds to it's name. The emp should watch it's back bc the clarion has gotten massive!!! Hopefully he doesn't get all hormonal and go on a rampage. How's the reef going? Hope you and your family are doing well and your enjoying y

How's it going Tim? Been a long time brother! You are correct. The wrought iron is an a$$ to the other butterflies. He actually stole the female de locus from the male and has since taken the crown over the two tinks.

The emperor is hands down the king of the tank and let's everyone know it (as can be seen in the video). The clarion is a pussycat and doesnt bother anyone. The only fish he puts in line is the joculator every once in a while. He is now around 7" and was 3.5'when i got him.

The reef is doing awesome actually. All my SPS is growing like mad and I have quite a little collection. The only thing that sucks is that my 180 was used as my QT for the big tank an is scratched up. I am in the hunt for a 240 tall.

I'll post pics of the reef soon. I just put on a biopellet reactor that is doing wonders.

Your tank is looking good as usually

I am sorry to hear about your conspic
Do you have any idea what the problem was with it

What reactor are you using, and did you get the cleaner for your skimmer? I'd like to hear reviews if possible.
I bought the Reef Octopus BR140 for the 180g tank. It is awesome. I am going to get the bigger one for the big tank, but there is no need yet as there is no coral.

Thanks for your condolences Yuri. I have no idea what the problem was it is a complete mystery. It would make the death much easier to take if I knew, but I am clueless...

Quick QT update...enjoy

Looks great Chris. I am jealous of your sucess recently. I've had a rough time getting fish through QT. I think most of my problems have been resolved but only time (and money) will tell. I wish I could get that maze to eat, it is just so stuborn.

So why don't you give us a hint of what "fun" things are on the horizon...

Sorry to hear Ryan. I know we have been trying everything to get the Maze to eat. I have given you all my tricks. The only thing I think could help would be lowering the salinity to increase the oxygen in the tank. Shredded fresh clam is usually a done deal.

The hint is "pair" and Austrailia ;)

Sweet, that is a lot of fish in qt!!
How do you like your skimmer:
How does it do with your growing bioload?
What do you have feeding it?
I'm thinking about getting a SRO EXT, do you have any suggestions for setup?

LOL...yea a lot of fish but the tanks have been running constantly for a long time. I change out the filters all the time. At the end of the day nitrates are no worry for me in QT. If the fish are fat and happy I leave things be.

The skimmer is awesome. I have tweaked with it constantly to get the right settings. I currently have it being fed by my return pump and will be adding my mag 18 as a second feed from the front of the sump to get even more gunk. It handles my biload very well.

Setup wise, SRO ext are solid. Set it up at the front of the sump and feed it constantly however you like best. They can handle whatever you throw at it.

I already lowered the sg in the quarantine tank. I also tried scallops, shrimp, clam, muscles, oysters, etc...

I guess you just can't win them all.

So a pair of femininus?

Wonderful fish you have in quarantine there!!

Roksintst- have you tried a tunicate called red bait or
Korean sea pineapple? for the maze we get it here perhaps there is something similar on your coastlines, bait shops usually sell them?

Werent you going for a pair of Conspics?
