I would like to make the election process and ballot/blind process so the votes can be kept confidential. Anyone wishing to submit their vote online please send it to me. Only one person will hold an office, and no one will hold more than one office. Cathy, if you wish to withdraw your nomination in any or all areas please let me know so I can update the roster. We did discuss you holding treasurer for a period of time and turning it over to another person. That being the case, whoever is elected Treasurer will hold the position once Cathy turns it over to them.

Alright. If things continue in the way I'm thinking they will nobody will hold any positions. I have shuffeled the Pres/Vice Pres names to try and keep this going. Hopefully more members will step up and try to help the club.

I do not mind chairing some committees. Planning is my thing!! I have locations set up for the July and August meetings. July will be in Brownsville and August will be in the Memphis area (unsure where Malisa lives). More on the meetings later. Also, thanks to those who nominated me for offices, however I have some things going on healthwise at the time that I must devote my attention to. Perhaps next year!!

Voting is supposed to happen at the meeting in July. I think there will be a provision for people who cannot attend to vote via email or something. I am sure more details will follow about that. I think we are using chadless ballots so we should be good to go.
