Cully's 120 build

Listen be patient when you get to trying to program your lights on ESL. It can be a VERY frustrating experience. Especially on a PC Do yourself a favor and do it on a weekday when tech support is available...:headwally:

What a great build Mark as always! Just finished reading all 6 pages. I haven't gotten on as much and maybe I missed it but are you going to be using your previous livestock?

Thanks. I still have my purple & Tomini tangs, and my clowns. I lost EVERYTHING else. I'll be looking to filler up again. Going to lean to more LPS a few SPS, more zoas than I used to have. Of course I need to find a frag of TT.

I didn't really find it too difficult. I felt it was pretty straightforward. The tank is looking great let us know how the bacteria works for you.

WOW! The bacteria in a bottle when combined with 78 degree water becomes a 140 gallon fart scented air freshner. P-yewwww!!!!

nice, looking good! you can program the lights without the WXM - the WXM works great with the scotch pumps, for radian control it works well, not as nice as the ecosmart line right now - that will likely change when APEX fusion comes out which is a free upgrade :)

Cully I don't believe I've ever seen your tank look that bare ;). Just think of all the things to come with time.

By the way I can't believe you lost your Todds. I remember seeing that in your 180 tank in person in the old house. Seems like forever ago now.

That is the most over-engineered DIY sump I've ever seen!

The tank is shaping up nicely... I like your DIY solution for mounting the fixtures, too.

What can I say? It's Pascals fault. He forces you to over think it. It's outside of my normal mouth breathing comfort zone.

Few mods. My opaque, anti-algae, anti-critter trap doors. Camo is my favorite color, but I happened to have some stickum camo.

Also tapping into the Beananimal Emergency drain for a place to have my ATO empty into (back right) Only evaporating about a gallon a day right now. Like to make that line run from a kalk vat. Still messing around with designs.

nice! can't even see the critter doors are there :)

are you running the vent of the secondary drain (open) into the tank so it full siphons if the tank level gets high?

Yes, I was about to do that when I got the idea to run ATO into the other line. Time ran out though. Management shut down maintenance time for the evening.

Tanks still cycling. At a standstill between trying to figure out my Apex and absolutely struggling with the Radion OS, or should I say POS.
